Hello RiGiDScape! Dan here to bring you my very first guide! Alright lets get started!
Requirements: None, just a little patience for about 10 minutes
Step 1: Stand where the yellow line is.
Step 2: Click the scimitar stall until you have a full inventory.
Step 3: Bank your scimitars at the bank deposit box shown with the red circle.
Step 4: Repeat Step 2 and 3 until 99.
(Sorry that the image is bad)
Once at 99, you should have approximately 420 scimitars (which is 15 inventories) which you could sell them to the Skilling Supplies Store for about 5376K
